Bad service !
I have been Trying to get a statement of Account for more than a month whenever I request a call back the line suddenly dies and when I call the agent conveniently cannot hear me. My credit report shows an opening balance of 26 000 which is untrue!! I need a statement reflecting my owning bLance to send to the credit bureau to provide proof I've never gotten 26 000 from home choice!
