BAD SERVICE

I did not opt for door delivery because I am not staying far from the store, it's easily accessible, got the sms to collect parcel, after waiting in the long queue got inside to be told my parcel did not arrive yet, waste of my precious time, what's the point of sending the stupid sms confirming delivery yerrrr, 3 hours of waiting, I conditioned myself for the waiting part due to the intake of customers that must be inside the store, I have found Home Choice service so pathetic and disappointing .Am not sure which sms should I respond to when they resend that my parcel is at the store again, check your facts before sending those sms, it's not nice standing on those queus as if you have nothing else better to do for nothing n***x
