Bad service

Poo service delivery i ordered a microwave on the 20 th of may. It has not been delivered when i enquire about it. The lady who answered the phone was so rude. I complained but no feedback on how it was addressed. Now i recieved a statement that i must pay for a microwave i did not recieved. They want to spoil my credit record.
