Bad service and products

I got in contact with the Wynberg branch pillows and other bedding I bought there. When I got home I took it out of the bag, put on a pillow case and test it. I paid R900 for the pillows and I'm not satisfied with and can't return it. The lady at customer care said I've use it, meaning taking it out of the bag and test it. In the showrooms there's bags that cover it and seems firm. Now evertime I phone the reject and put the phone down in my face. There service suck and so does there products. I will never buy @ homechoice again and will never refer / encourage any one to buy there.
