I have an issue with Homechoice, I made an order of blankets in 2020 they sent me the parcel number and codes and dates on when they will deliver then they delivered and I signed proof of receipt when they delivered and I paid them off. I loved their products and made a second order of blankets so I can give my mom as a gift, they also sent a parcel number all the codes and and dates on when they will deliver, they delivered and I signed proof of receipt and I paid them off as well. I then made the third order of the blankets they sent me the parcel number and codes and the dates on when they will deliver as usual but this time I didn’t receive the order, I then called them after three weeks because they usually take less than a month to deliver. I asked them about my order and the first person told me the order was delivered we argued on the call about that and she then told me they will check what happened and then come back to me. I waited and waited but they never called. They called asking when am I gonna pay for the parcel, I told them I didn’t receive the blankets. The person told me the blankets were delivered, I asked the person when and who signed but I never got an answer. The third person called asking about payment, I told the person I cannot pay for something I didn’t receive. She then told me I was suppose to go collect the parcel at a Homechoice container, I told the person I cannot go to a Homechoice container because am paying for delivery. I told the person to cancel that order she said I must go to the police station and make an affidavit that I didn’t receive the blankets. I went and sent them that affidavit by email. But they kept on calling and asking for payments and I kept on explaining the same issue am facing. Now I have a bad credit record because of them. My case has been handed to saya and I can’t be paying something that I didn’t receive. Please help me so that my credit record can be cleared. This thing is giving me so much stress and I can’t sleep because now I can’t do anything with this bad record.
