Bad service

For the very first i bought something onlime form homechoice i got a wrong iteam and i paid fully for it and didnt complain then second time i oreder online again and still got a percal and i just thought ok i,ll use again and paid this time an agent from.sales department from homechoice calls me and tell me i qualify for a couch good enougj yes i was looking for a specific couch which she said yes am able to take on credit and it will be delievered so this is a sad story they delievered somthing i didnt order and the courier guys said i need to call first before they can take it back when i told them its incorrect now am stuck with a couch i dont want i call everyday to ask when will they pic it up no one calls me and on top off that they wont be able to come be able to bring me the correcr couch i want which means after their pic up i,ll sitting on the floor which am afriad they will come back and say they wont take the couch cause am sitting on it and its in my house please this service am not happy with which means buying online at homechoice is not a good idea at all
