Bad Service !!!

Worst costumer service ever, been with them for a while tolerating all their bad customer service, but I think this is the height if it. Been saving my buying power with them so that l can be able to afford when i initially wanted to buy, 10 months down the lane, when i am ready to now purchase what i have been saving for only to realize that the slashed my buying power without my knowledge, not that I have been a bad payer nope, kept my account up to date, but why they did that I have no idea. worst still without communication, I have been good to them, but all they paid me with is bad service.
