Bad Service

After my last review nobody form home choice called me to enquire about my issue and they only call to sell me something and i got a call again form the courier about the order that i have cancelled a long time ago and today they sending me an SMS telling they going to bill me R870 for not returning the gift for *** now my question why would i have the gift when I didn't even receive anything because I cancelled ,my wish now is to never but anything with home choice again Bad service i regret ever buying anything from this company Ever!
