Bad service

I received a microwave that i ordered. It never worked properly from the get go. I returned the item to jhb cbd store. Its now been 2 months and i am yet to hear a word of any result. Ive been to the store twice in the last two weeks being told i will be phoned with an update.. there has been no updates. I am billed and paying for something i dont even have.
