Bad service
Till this day I still am getting calls from MBD collectors with regards to my homechoice account. I sent can't get help from homechoice neither from MBD . I did even sent my reject form to homechoice and the collection company MBD.

22 Jun 2022, 15:46I have been making orders only later for it to be cancelled and receive sms saying that I'm under debt review. I have been transferred from one department to another without any assistance. One consultant even told me that my account has been handed over to their debt collectors but my account is debited by homechoice every single month.
I even contacted the NCR via email and they said that I'm not under debt review under their system.
