Bad service

I had an account that l closed in 2016 after HC wanted me to pay for an order l never made which turned out to have been made by a South African whilst I'm in Swaziland. Fast forward last year 2020 l decided to open an account again, worse mistake of my life. My account wouldn't let me buy on credit but that was fine l made my order and paid in cash, it was delivered. Now l tried sending all my details, payslips, utility bills for my account to be verified but it was not, l kept getting excuses. I kept writing and asking why my account wasn't fully verified but was ignored . One email said my account couldn't purchase because of the credit something but l had around R3000 to spend. Now refund me, nothing. All of a sudden my account shows discrepancy , l just don't understand this company. They are rude and so unprofessional. They lie about calling you but they won't.
