Bad service

Worse experience ever, I ordered online and paid directly from the Homechoice website as prompted. then I received a message to pay for the delivery. I request an explanation as to why it was not included in the original purchase price. The response was you pay or cancel your order. I pay the amount for the delivery just to get a message the order was canceled and I will be refunded the original amount. now I have to struggle to get the delivery amount back that was not even my fault from the beginning
