Bad Service

Home choice service is poor. I deposited R4000 in May into their account for two sets of R2000 blankets but they delivered only one set since I didn't know that they charge delivery fees. So they delivered one set but when I contact the sales they say I must contact Customers care .I phoned them but they don't pick their phone's and it costs me .they just play their lousy music I wonder if they think I phone with faeces.I want my money before I sue you
