Bad service

I placed an order on the 31st of May 2019, they told me the account is approved and they will request a banking statement from my bank, i do not have to do anything else. Two weeks later, after I have been calling more than ten times everyday, they are saying the order is still being processed. Today the 21st of June 2019, I am still waiting for my order...
