BAD SERVICE

That is what they always say somebody is gonna phone you. These people makes me sick with their poor service and they are in Wynberg and yet they take that long. I don't ever want to hear LG's technicians will come out or it will go for fixing or replacing, Just take your stuff and credit my money back . Just imagine if takes you that long to come and collect an item, how long will they take to deliver another one? I have gotten so many reference numbers. Do you realize that it does not add value to the customer experience and only gives specific reference to your call or query.
