bad service

Im so very disappointed with the service i received from homechoice call centre cunsultant by the name of Tabita when i ask for her surname she rudely said 'i cant give you my surname and when i ask why she said because it her surname not mine' instead she wanted to give me reference number of the call which has no use to me. she was speaking rudely over me she couldnt let me explain why i called, the way i was looking forward to buy from you guys but after this call i hate everything about homechoice.
