Bad service
Extremely poor service. Call centre agents are rude, ignorent or just poorly trained. I have been struggling for weeks to get an order placed. Agents refuse to put customers through to managers. Will put you on hold for 30 minutes or untill you hang up or the line goes dead. Agents do not call back
