bad service

On the 3 march i was informed that im black listed by home choice as i was trying to apply for a loan. The thing i never had an account with them, some1 did using my ID, but the adress and cell number r not mine. They ( home choice) asked me make avidavit, etc which i did. I ask them to give me the address of that person so who could c if can have clue who it was, but refuse nd say they investigate, but up until now i havent heared anything from them. This really hard for me cos i cant do anything
