BAD SERVICE

I have opened an account with Home Choice - choosing that the monthly installment be deducted via debit order so that I don't have to worry about it every month. Suddenly I am in arrears! They state that I had to make a cash payment as well - I am being charged with a lot of interest and reported to the credit bureau! Not to mention that I waited 4 months for an order which I had to pay for in the meantime and different stories between couriers and Homechoice as to where the parcel are. DON'T OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY!!
