Bad service

<p> Hi, i have made an order with homechoice for neo bedding set which is a 13 piece set which was returned by my neighbour because the package was already opened when it arrived, then i made a call asking them to return the order and ended up placing anather order for a duvet inner and a matres cover . on the 18 of september they deliverd the duvet inner and the matres cover only , and i was not home that day was at church so my neighbour signed the delivery form and i never left my id for third part signiture , and know they are claiming that i have signed for the 13 piec neo bedding where as i have not recieve it , i am paying for something i dont have , they ****** me , coz the only thing they left to my neighbour was duvet inner and matres cover and the gifts for both orders .. please help me</p>
