Bad service
<p>I ordered from Home choice in December 2015 and did receive my order without any problems.</p> <p>In June I had some extra money and phoned Home choice regarding my outstanding amount due to them. They gave me the amount and I paid it in full (R170000. Then I received a statement from them with a balance of -R42.00. Two weeks later I received another statement saying I own them R513.19. I THINK IT IS ****************!</p> <p>I phoned them and they say it is because I settle my account before the 24 months. I said I will pay it but is not happy about it. Informed them that I will settle this at month end. Since then I received more than 13 calls a day regarding my “arrears” They are rude and unprofessional on the phone and I will never order anything from them ever again.</p>
Homechoice phoned me this afternoon and informed me that they going to reverse this interest charged.
I will rate them again after i recieve a email as proof.

Still received rude telephone calls regarding account in"arears" . Told them to phone their accounts department to update the credit . I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THE PHONE CALLS. iN THE LAST 7 DAYS I RECIEVED MORE THAN 62 PHONE CALLS !!! REALLY !!!!
