BAD ROBOT NO CARE SERVICE

oh how I struggle to get good service that isconsistent!!! A company that inconvenience the customer by asking the customer to return good using theri own choice courier company and promise to re-inburse you once they receive a copy of the payment. further from the truth and further inconvenience.... I shipped good with Aramex which is done through Caltex - a copy of my payment from bank statement not accepted and I am constantly asked to sort it out myself - even though they received the good returned and credit to my account. They will not accept the copy proof I sent as it reflects Caltex not aramex. Aramex has a box at Caltex and when you pay for the bag it reflects Caltex. This is just one of many service failures I have experienced from this company dispute my patience and advise and giving then grace to get it right. I have had it now!!!!!!
