Bad return service

I really need help where to go with homechoice im expected to pay for an appliance tht does not work i purchased a dvd and it doesnt play but no1 is bothering to get it back im given different reference numbers nothing as get its more than two months now im at my wits end because they dont even care that i sent my review here
