Bad Quality and harassment!!

I have purchased an item or two which was a waste of a lot of money!! The product quality is absolutely shocking (Cheap and broken). They gave me someone's hand me downs. The feather duvet looses feathers like there is tomorrow! Not only is the product cheap and filthy. They CONSTANTLY harass me after asking them a number of times to remove my details from their system. BIG NO FROM ME! Most irritating business in the world!!!!!
