BAD PRODUCTS , WORST CUSTOMER AFTER SERVICE
I purchased a product from them, after using it for a month the item packed up. I was told to return it to them which I did on 7 Dec 2022. I have liaised with all relevant parties , Emails , Phone calls no success.
Currently still waiting on a supervisor to call for more than a month. The customer service is the worst ever.
I am currently waiting on two staff members that Ive liaised with via emails , Same sing song , no conclusion.

15 Feb 2023, 14:25Here I am back again. Since the 3rd February no communication with regards to the item that was returned to Homechoice. Had a call that morning and never heard of them again.
I just called them now , was told an email was sent to the repair centre and they currently 12 days later still waiting on a response.
When I request that they rather just refund the product as Im paying for something that I used like twice maybe thrice the answer is well get back to you.
Worst company to purchase from as there after service WORST EVER.
