Bad, poor and rude service

I know that this may be the wrong place to write my review but Finchoice is a part of Homechoice. I have an account with the company( FINCHOICE) let me tell you this is the worst I took a laptop and after a few months it started giving me problems I reported It and all I got out of it was endless REF numbers from rude agents that cared less about my problems this is from last year June 2018, Guess what... up to today I still have the laptop with while I am paying month in month out they even call to thank me for making my payments.

Don't take anything you see or find interesting on the Homechoice booklet because Finchoice is not anything like our beloved homechoice. They will call you all day when they want you to make payments but when it comes to meeting customer service and fixing the issue you may have they will transfer your call all day long. I regret the day I placed the order I could have went to other stores and I wouldn't be paying for nothing . BE ADVISED DON'T ORDER FROM FINCHOICE. I am hoping that coming to hellopeter will help me and help the next person make a better choice when wanting to buy anything from the home choice booklet.
