BAD MANAGEMENT AND CLIENT SERVICE
FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEW I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL BE CONTACTED WHICH NEVER HAPPEND. AFTER I DOING MY OWN INVESTIGATING I TRACED THE PHONE TO A COURIER COMPANY THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER THE PHONE. I FURTHER MORE TRACED THE PHONE WAS DELIVERED IN WYNBERG IN THE CAPE INTEAD TO MY DELIVERY ADDRESS IN MPUMALAMGA. NOW AFTER NOUMEROUS CALLES THE PHONE IS STILL SOMEWHERE OUT THERE. NO ONE CAN GIVE A ANSWER AS TO WHERE IT IS, AND WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. IT IS NOW MORE THAN A MONTH. THIS S REALLY PETHETIC. I PAY FOR SOMETHING A DON'T HAVE.
