Bad homechoice service

Hello Peter I have a very serious problem with Homechoice, they delivered unauthorized good at my place during my absence. I've tried to talk with their complaints dept, their response was," their courier has been organized to collect the goods. Itsbeen 2 months now and worse they are tempering in my bank account which has the finance implications for reversals and the negative image on credit bureau. Please I need your assistance.
