bad experience with homechoice and DpD laser company

I bought blankets at HomeChoice,nd dey said ill receive my blankets after 7 to 14 dayz .den when i track on how far is my order via app it says my order is being deliverd on Friday by DpD laser courier company ,i was so surprised because i don't have day goods on me ,sarturday morning try to call home choice and let them know about de situation i find a poor service from the lady wu was helping telling me that its not their fault i mst check with their working partner because from their system it state that i did receive my order and guess way the person wu signed its Dimakatso and my not Dimakatso.okay try goegle DpD laser den i gave dem a call on that day and dey told me they will call Monday .so its Monday today they are busy calling asking me a same question over and over again but no solution.so i am so angry and ****ed ryt now .don't even know wat to du.i want to even cancel de order
