Bad experience

You want us to first come and complain publicly before you so the right thing... ay your service though.. I paid up my account last year around Aug/Sept and requested that it be closed but I received response that says you cannot close the account for records purposes.. What records, this is my name we talking about,, I requested the same thing three times and still received the same response.. how can you be able to open and account but not be able to close the same account opened by yourselves??? But I guess NCR will give me the correct answer to this
