Bad experience

I had a bad experience with Homechoice...they delivered a wrong parcel to me and when I tell them to come pick it up it's a hustle...I'm being taken from pillar to post about something that I don't want....I asked for my sale recording and I still don't have it...now am being called by lawyers regarding the payment
