Bad delivery service

I've never a bad experience with Homechoice until now. Their delivery system is terrible. I don't understand why 1 single has to be sent to 3 different locations and you still have to wait for it to be sent 1 by 1. It's a real inconvenience to me having to move around to collect my orders that I ordered together at 1 time. I still don't understand why they stopped delivering to my house and this new way of delivery is really terrible.
