Bad Deal and unfair blacklisting

Hi I had a bad experience with Home Choice Store.Around May 2017 I placed an order online a pair of men's boots and a pair of ladies boots and a gadget. Then I was told that the delivery has been Dispatched however the delivery people will keep in touch with me as soon as they are near my home. To my surprise after some two days I get a call from Home choice informing me that they delivered my goods at Orlando West Whereas emailed them the Pretoria adderss.Then they kept on demanding their instalments and ended up blacklisting me,threatening to take me to court and ended up taking my name to credit bereau As it is now I can't apply for credit because of Home Choice and my life is a mess because every store I go to keeps mentioning Home Choice
