Bad customer service nd waste of resources

Bad customer annoying agents who are rude i settled my account but was still debited was refunded but still got a statement the following month tht my account was owing I called customer servicing still waiting for feedback my credit score was affected still waiting for homechoice 2 fix my score still receiving annoying calls from collection not sure why thy don't check notes before thy call me
