Bad customer service from Homechoice

Bought a bed set from HomeChoice and when it was delivered on the 26-09-2018 the base was smaller than the mattress. Called on the same day for the bed set to be collected, I was informed that it should be collected within 2 weeks. Bed set still has not been collected.
