BAD customer service for Delivery

The delivery of items are a mess They should have delivered a week ago - Claim that they have been here - U was here the delivery was not done There is no way to contact the delivery team - They also do not keep you up to date with where the process is - BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD They refuse to give out the courier number or any details - They also claim they cannot contact the courier - NO SUPERVISOR OF MANAGER WERE AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO - GOING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
