BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ; FALSE ADVERTISING

Good Morning i was contacted by Home choice online department by a lady named Larisha and she told me that if i place any order i will be liable for Free Gift and she named all the 7 free gifts that were listed for grab i asked her if this was guaranteed and she enforcerd that when my Order comes it will be delivered with free gift and the free gifts that she mentioned was all large appliances so i placed an order with her for picnic set but to my surprise when i went in Homechoice show room in Van der walt street Pretoria the free gift was not there.This is false advertising to lure customers into the business,my precios time was wasted by Larisha and she **** to me as loyal customer to HC.J need an apology from HC online department and a statement showing that this order was cancelled
