Bad Customer Service

Bad customer service, I Magolide Tlomatsana Cell number ***. I bought boots at Homechoice on the 17.05.2021 ( Plum Camy Knee Length Boots - Tan - Size 5 ) and a size 4 pair of shoes were delivered, I only saw the size which was incorrect on my way to work and I had no choice but to wear them for that day even though they were uncomfortable. Being the person I am, I called homechoice to tell them what happened and that I needed an exchange. I spoke to a customer care agent who told me they will never ever take the shoes and it is not even their problem I should see what I can do with the shoes. Ashley and Stephenie were very unwelcoming. Ashley even put me on hold for a whole 10 minutes. They said I can do whatever but the shoes/ boots will not be returned to them regardless of the way they look and they dont even want to see them. I am very disappointed with this kind of uncalled for behavior and I am going to report this to the ombudsman because I will never ever pay for something that I can use or wear.
