Bad customer service

Today i received such bad customer services from homechoice rissik street branch Johannesburg The sales lady didn't have a name tag so I couldn't get her name. She was so rude when I enquired about their products, like she didn't have time for me, answered me with such an attitude and left me standing at the passage without answering all my questions about what is required to open an account. I was so embarrassed standing there with such disappointment by her behaviour
