Bad Customer Service

Home choice has no customer service at all .All they do best is harassing people with phone calls for sales. I have been complaining about my account that is not updated they debited money from my account but doesn’t reflect on my statement it’s as if I'm one month behind with payment. I’ve been making follow up since early February the incident happened in November/December. home choice just want to say YOU SUCK I regret ever placing an order with you.
