Bad customer service
I made an order with home choice on the 16th then they sent an sms saying Fast and Furious courier will deliver my parcel. The lady who I talked to explained that the courier will call me when they deliver which they did but I missed their call and when I called them back they said its wrong number. Yesterday when I called home choice to ask about my parcel they told me it was already delivered to this Person called Gift! Who the courier people claims signed for it at the same address I wrote but to my surprise there is no footage here at my flat that's shows someone delivering a parcel. It doesn't make sense

Like you don't even wanna know why they didn't deliver to the right person cause what you have telling me regarding this matter is that I have to do all the run around, go to the police station make an affidavit for you guys to act on this matter? Do you know how painful it is for someone to be sick and on bedrest suppose to be focusing on my healing but instead I'm stressing again because you didn't keep up to the end of your bargain. When one of you agent called me selling me your product, they emphasised that they call before delivery and request ID on delivery so how did this happen.
