Bad Customer Service 😑

Poor Poor service from HomeChoice, I returned my order in August from HomeChoice as they packed something that I did not order and till today they have not refunded my account 😢 I want to settle my account and close it I'm sick and tired of HomeChoice, bad customer service that I experience every time I contact their customer service help desk, I'm still waiting for their consultat to call me.
