BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I've never had such bad customer service from homechoice, I've ordered a bedding set on the 28th of February and I still haven't gotten it to this date their emails are not helpful they are not telling me when exactly I'll be receiving the order today is the 24th of March it's basically a whole month waiting on an order which is ridiculous when I track my order on their site its been out on delivery from the 11th of March how come I haven't received it yet, no communication nothing whatsoever this whole process is draining and they don't take their customers seriously.
