Bad Customer service

Customer Service at Home Choice is terrible i have send them an email trying to track my Order even today no response,today i called the customer service office waited for 15 min before the call was answered and after is answered the consultant sounded as if she is making me a favour by picking my phone and put me on hold for 30 minutes ended up dropping the call what a waste of airtime
