Bad customer service

I have been trying to get assistance from home choice with regards to my account without any luck. I have areas up to 2grand, I don’t know how and this has affected my credit record. Between February and March 2020 my areas went up to 1834, then adding sales;delivery and service fee. I have tried to call them to resolve the issues but they could not assist, instead moved me from one consultant to another
