Bad customer service

Poor customer service, payed up their account last year november asked thwm to close the account they disnt do it now all of a sudden i owe them money, of which i payed thou iam not happy, as i nolonger want to have anything to do with them, all i need is for them to close their account and sent me a paid up letter, i neva eva iny life want to have anuthing to do with them, lucky we all have choices as thrs many retail outlet whre onr can shop..
