Bad customer service

I am so angry and frustrated with how home choice has handled a ***** case under my name. I was informed by lawyers for home choice that i owe home choice for some furniture i purchased on account which i never did. I requested for information on this account which home choice refused to give me. I was told to submitt an affidavit which i did more than six months ago. Home choice has never bothered to provide any feedback, when i call them im sent from pillar to post or my call is not answered at all I am very angry and frustrated at the non existent customer service in this company called home choice. My life is standing still because of this! And yet i am not getting any co operation from the side of home choice.
