Bad customer care service

Homechoice consultants are very rude, today the 29 June @ 15:26, I called homechoice to query about a problem of not being able to access my account since I no longer use the same number that I registered my account with. I was attended by a very rude Xhosa lady, who just dropped the phone while i was still talking, and I redialed and she had the audacity of picking it up and saying a word but breathing on the phone. Just imagine 😡
