Bad Creditor, Ruthless and ********

I have had numerous encounters to close my account with homechoice to no joy. Account is paid up however I have a balance of R7970 according to Transunion. Been requesting statements and nothing. I call weekly, and nothing. Why must creditors like homechoice be so ruthless and so ************ to ***** other people's joy? Very bad company to ever take credit or buy from.
