Bad credit profile because of Homechoice!

I been told that I am unable to apply for credit by RCS because I am a bad debtor. NOT ONCE have I missed a payment on ANYTHING, so I called Transunion and in turns out I have missed 2 months worth of payments on "my" Home Choice account. The problem with that is, I have NEVER in my life opened a Home Choice account! In August a debit order of R490,77 went off referencing Homechoice as the creditor. I called them immediately and alerted them to this. I was advised to write an affidavit and email it to *** , which I did. I have received no communication since and I thought they had sorted out the issue, today I find out that they did not and now I need to get a bad name with the bureau because of an account I know NOTHING about. I repeat, I HAVE NEVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE opened a Homechoice account and at this rate, I never will! I have gone over some of Homechoice's review here on Hellopeter and it appears that this is their modus operandi. It is extremely upsetting!
